Video outpainting · Independent tool
Describe the missing surroundings.
Start from the background already in the source. Match its light and perspective, then say what should stay consistent.

01
What should an outpainting prompt say?
An outpainting prompt should describe how the existing setting continues beyond the frame, including lighting, surface, horizon and motion. Name the subject you want to remain consistent, then discourage new objects or lettering. Treat those instructions as guidance rather than a preservation guarantee. The ocean prompt below has a recorded result; the other starters are suggestions that have not been tested.

One recorded prompt and two starters
Recorded ocean prompt

Landscape to portrait
Extend the existing ocean scene naturally above and below the frame. Continue the dusk sky and volcanic shoreline. Keep the original waves and rocks consistent. No people, logos, text or new objects.
Untested starters
Product studio
Extend the dark studio background and tabletop around the product. Keep the bottle and reflections consistent. No extra objects or text.
Interior
Continue the existing room beyond the frame with matching walls, floor, window light and perspective. Keep the original furniture consistent. No additional people, objects or lettering.
03
A review checklist after generation
Check the first, middle and last frames. Watch for flickering edges, geometry that changes, repeated objects and warped motion.
For product footage, inspect the silhouette, cap, label and reflections. A plausible background does not establish that the product remained accurate.
For a static scene, compare a simpler prompt with your own source before attempting busy movement. Every completed generation costs credits, even when you prefer an earlier result.
04
Prompt questions
Should I describe the whole clip again?
Start with the environment that should continue beyond the frame. Keep the source subject, lighting and motion consistent rather than asking for an unrelated replacement scene.
Are all prompts on this page tested?
No. A prompt labeled recorded has a linked real sample. A starter is an untested suggestion; changing the source also creates a different experiment.
Does an avoid clause guarantee no extra objects?
No. It expresses a direction that the model may not follow. Watch the whole output and reject unwanted objects or inconsistent details.
How do I use a prompt from this keyword site?
Copy the text, open the Wan3Prime outpainting workspace and paste it with your authorized source. The current tab does not silently transfer your prompt or source file to another domain.

Choose your next step
Prepare the file with the MP4 input guide, then inspect the fixed output budget, silent audio and preservation limits.
For a specific source, review the product example or moving-subject example. Processing and the 70-credit quote appear in the Wan3Prime workspace.

Check the evidence behind these examples
Inspect the source videos, returned files and full-frame test extracts. The public methodology identifies the preset, individual jobs, publisher and observations so you can review the evidence directly.
